Cache Creek Casino Resort in California is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to lead 12–20 staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safety standards are consistently met. You will supervise dishwashing, banquet setup, equipment maintenance, and cleaning schedules, train staff, manage MSDS records, and coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to uphold high sanitation and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Steward supervisor in a large restaurant or hotel with banquet function experience.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of college preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 12-20 employees in the Stewarding. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Manage assigned staff throughout daily operations and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
• Train staff and maintain all MSDS sheets.
• Setup all banquet equipment as assigned and attend all BEO meetings.
• Maintain dish machines and manage cleaning and de-liming schedules.
• Insure all kitchens and outlets possess required operational equipment.
