Qualifications

• Clean designated equipment, sinks, refrigerators/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and other areas following sanitation requirements.
• Stock lines with cleaned wares, utensils, and equipment; handle to prevent breakage.
• Transport garbage containers to dumpsters; maintain sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Adhere to health dept. regulations and safety standards.
