Responsibilities include stocking, transporting waste, maintaining equipment, and keeping work areas organized while following health regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–6 months foodservice experience.
• Flexibility with work schedule; extended hours possible.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated equipment, sinks, and areas following sanitation requirements.
• Stock lines with cleaned wares and equipment; handle carefully to prevent breakage.
• Transport garbage containers to dumpsters; maintain cleanliness of areas.
• Follow all department policies and safety regulations.
• Report damages or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Organize and restock work areas for next shift.
• Adhere to health department and sanitization standards.
