Job summary

Bally's Evansville Casino & Hotel is seeking a kitchen supervisor to assist in staff management, scheduling, training, and development of the culinary team. The role oversees cooking operations, maintains quality and presentation, and ensures compliance with health regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, labor scheduling, recipe costing, and daily coordination between front and back of house.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong time-management and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff, scheduling, evaluating, training, developing and monitoring culinary team.
• Oversee all cooking operations and ensure quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Monitor health department regulations and ensure compliance in food handling and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement department plans including budgets and labor schedules.
• Cost recipes and manage food and labor costs within budget.
