Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 7+ hours.
• Knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls is a plus.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.
• Stirs and strains soups and sauces; grill, sauté, and expedite.
• Responsible for the proper preparation and presentation of all menu items.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and practice safety standards.
