Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Superior customer service and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises overall staff performance on gaming procedures, game security and compliance.
• Oversees shift administration and daily operations to ensure efficiency.
• Manages schedules for Supervisors, Ambassadors and Technicians.
• Enforces standard operating procedures across the shift.
• Opens and closes shifts; issues keys and data system access.
• Maintains personnel records and daily logs.
• Investigates player complaints and handles grievances.
• Coordinates training and provides feedback to staff.
