Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to guests and staff.
• Protect company assets and integrity at all times.
• Assist on-duty supervisors and managers across departments.
• Verify and approve all slot jackpots $5,000+ per procedures and controls.
• Approve extensions or limitations of customer credit per policy.
• Plan and administer work schedules for slots and table games.
• Advise security and surveillance on problem players.
• Resolve guest complaints as directed by supervisors.
• Approve comps according to policy.
