Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of law enforcement experience and/or casino security experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Security Ambassadors on a shift.
• Provide direction and coaching to staff to ensure safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Casino Control Commission regulations and company policies.
• Monitor incident reports and investigate disturbances.
• Maintain employee files and support performance expectations.
• Maintain public order, protect assets, and support other departments.
