You will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and collaborate with local authorities as required. A high school diploma, customer service experience, and ability to obtain necessary certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain valid PA driver license and operate company vehicles as needed.
• CPR certification training may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Provides security and protection for guests and company assets.
• Complies with PHRC policies; documents incidents.
• Administers First Aid and CPR as trained.
• Assists in emergency response and traffic control as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.
