Catawba-Two-Kings-Casino in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Security Shift Manager to oversee safety operations during assigned shifts, protecting guests, employees, and assets. You will lead security officers, monitor feeds, respond to incidents, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

This role requires strong leadership and a background in security or law enforcement. Applicants should be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelors degree in criminal justice, business administration or business management preferred.
• Minimum of four years in security or law enforcement and two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage security officers during shifts, ensuring coverage and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee live feeds and recordings to detect suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and guest complaints, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including SICS and TICS.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to security personnel.
• Prepare detailed shift reports documenting incidents and staffing.
• Safeguard cash handling areas, vaults, and high-value assets.
• Review incident reports and conduct follow-up investigations as directed.
• Maintain inventory log of lost and found and coordinate donations/disposals.
• Participate in meetings and training; maintain professional presence on casino floor.
