Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent with 10 years table games experience and upper-level casino management experience.
• Certification in Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or equivalent games and ability to obtain a Catawba Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Shift Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Catawba Nation Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain and enforce house rules, policies, and procedures for all table games.
• Review and audit table games activity and equipment; protect assets and game integrity.
• Assist in shift scheduling and staffing; support other supervisors and dealers.
• Investigate variances and resolve customer complaints; promote hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with Surveillance and Compliance to safeguard assets and profitability.
