Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Security Shift Manager to lead daily security operations, respond to incidents, and protect life, safety and casino assets on your assigned shift.

You will supervise Security Ambassadors, Officers and Supervisors, act as Incident Commander during emergencies, and ensure compliance with Internal Control Standards and company policies while maintaining a professional, vigilant team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet education requirements.
• Two years of leadership experience in Security, Hospitality, Law Enforcement, or Military.
• Ability to use payroll software and access control systems.
• Strong guest service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond, mitigate, and de-escalate incidents per guidelines.
• Serve as Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Lead security staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate staffing for large events and assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and information security awareness.
• Provide testimony in court when required.
