Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Two years in a leadership role in security, hospitality, law enforcement, or military.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and de‑escalate incidents per SG C guidelines and act as liaison with external agencies.
• Serve as Incident Commander during emergencies when senior staff are unavailable.
• Oversee Security Ambassadors, Officers and Supervisors; ensure policy adherence and reporting.
