Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two years' experience in direct guest contact.
• Must obtain Nevada Gaming Card and AES certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees.
• Gives directions and provides escort to customers in need.
• Aids civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearings.
• Mends lost and found items and documents incidents.
• Enforces all company policies and procedures and maintains security.
