Job summary

You will work under the Player Services Supervisor, maintain accuracy in ticket redemptions, manage coat room items, and help ensure a positive guest experience in a busy gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a general math test.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills may be demonstrated.
• Strong verbal communication and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle check cashing, debit/credit advances, ticket redemptions, chip redemptions and currency exchanges.
• Deposit handling, balancing of ticket redemption kiosks, and inventory of table games chips/cards/dice.
• Address player inquiries and resolve customer-service issues and disputes.
• Perform Star Club duties, signups, and maintain member information; enter point adjustments.
• Monitor promotional coupons and manage coat room items; organize shift paperwork.
