Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reduce waste and utilize leftovers.
• Prepare purchases and requisitions for deli.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; deep clean twice monthly.
• Attend training and be reliable to report to work.
• Operate cash register and handle money.
