Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one-year culinary experience in high-volume setting; two years preferred.
• Obtain Serve Safe Food Handlers certification within three months.
• Moderate knowledge of fryers, grilling, and oven use.
• Demonstrated moderate knife skills and culinary knowledge.
• Follow recipes and directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food prep and service per recipes and chef instructions.
• Learn prep across kitchen stations.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation.
• Keep a clean, safe, well-stocked work area.
• Flexibly work across kitchen positions.
• Handle opening/closing duties and side work.
• Participate in training.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Operate and clean department equipment safely.
• Build courteous relationships with guests.
