North Star Mohican Casino Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for full-time, second shift. The role offers a base pay of $19.75 per hour, negotiable, with shift and weekend differentials where applicable.

You will supervise front- and back-of-house staff, ensure service standards, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, bartender certification within 30 days, strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience; two years preferred.
• Bartender certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate math skills and computer proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+.

Responsabilités

• Assume duties of food and beverage staff as needed.
• Supervise back of house staff when needed.
