Qualifications

• Two (2) years Player's Club experience or two (2) years management in gaming industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Computer applications and player tracking system.
• Must be able to obtain gaming license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 yrs or older.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful daily operations of Player's Club.
• Oversee activities and development of staff.
• Implement promotions designed to increase Player's Club membership and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise performance of Representatives, including hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline.
• Ensure all state gaming rules and regulations are adhered to as they pertain to the club and its personnel.
• Issue complimentary services consistent with company policy.
• Override necessary functions for team members.
• Respond to guest special requests or complaints and create resolution.
• Maintain all equipment and proper inventory of supplies.
• Maintain written records and documents of shift transactions and gaming regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
