A Players Club Supervisor is responsible for supporting and overseeing casino loyalty and marketing programs while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational compliance. Key duties include issuing and managing Players Club cards, coupons, vouchers, cash-back redemptions, and point-redemption programs; coordinating and training Players Club staff; implementing and communicating promotional campaigns, special events, and marketing initiatives; tracking promotions and prize distribution; maintaining direct mail programs and address updates; generating sales, incentive, and managerial reports; making PA announcements; writing reports and correspondence; assisting with promotional event planning and evaluation; and encouraging player retention. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing leadership, Promotions, IT, and other departments while maintaining knowledge of current casino promotions, outlets, and services. The supervisor is also responsible for inventory management, budget monitoring, problem-solving, safeguarding confidential player and financial information, and ensuring adherence to departmental procedures, internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies.
The position includes direct supervisory responsibilities for Players Club Leads and Representatives, including training, scheduling, performance management, discipline, hiring recommendations, promotions, compensation input, budget planning, and workforce allocation. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, with 0-1 year of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership ability; prior marketing, guest service, or casino experience is preferred. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, office equipment, Kronos, Paramount, OASIS or AS/400 systems, Super PlayMate, calculators, and cash registers. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, decision-making, and customer-service skills, as well as the ability to work holidays, weekends, and irregular hours. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive hand use, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 50 pounds. The work environment is an indoor casino with frequent exposure to cigarette smoke.
