Qualifications

• 5+ years of table games operations experience in a Director or Senior Shift Manager role.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools Tableau, SAS, and Cognos is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Success team to drive data-driven yield management improvements.
• Educate clients on table games revenue management and operational impacts.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate insights into product roadmap.
• Mentor analysts and engineers to build knowledge and morale.
• Represent Tangam as an ambassador to clients and the industry.
