Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Director of Table Games to lead a luxury resort's Table Games Department in Las Vegas, NV. You will drive operational performance, profitability, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while shaping staffing, game mix, and departmental financial performance.

Responsibilities include developing strategies for revenue growth, overseeing table limits and hours, and partnering with marketing and player development to boost rated play and overall

Qualifications

• Progressive table games leadership experience in a casino environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Nevada licensing requirements experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada Gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Table Games Department daily operations, performance, profitability, and guest experience.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue growth, table utilization, hold percentage and player development.
• Oversee game mix, table limits, hours, staffing, labor efficiency, and floor coverage.
