Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Expertise with SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Inquisitive analytic thinking with strong problem-solving.
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand business challenges and provide data-based solutions.
• Develop and present analyses, including insights and recommendations, to senior leadership and marketing.
• Support marketing campaigns through data segmentation, performance analysis, and test design.
• Analyze large data sources to identify key drivers.
• Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and multivariate analysis.
• Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics.
• Document processes and train other team members.
