Job summary

Q Casino + Resort seeks a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations of Table Games, Slot and Sportsbook on assigned shifts. You will ensure compliance with policies, procedures and IRGC regulations while maintaining guest service and a professional work environment.

Supervisory duties include guiding Table Games and Slot staff and coordinating disciplinary actions as needed. The role requires 3-4 years in operations and supervisory experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years Operations experience.
• 3-4 years Supervisory experience.
• Must be skilled in all aspects of Casino Operations.
• Must possess knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling for Slot, Sportsbook, and Table Games on the Operations shift.
• Ensures staff understand procedural standards, protections, and dealing procedures.
• Monitors guest service and maintains professional work atmosphere.
• Investigates and resolves guest complaints for Operations.
