Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Casino Shift Manager to supervise all table gaming on assigned shifts and ensure proper staffing and compliance with internal controls and Title 31 regulations.

You will act as a customer relations representative, maintain relationships with guests and peers, and support the Director of Table Games. Strong communication and prior gaming experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of progressive gaming experience required.
• Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff compliance with gaming controls and service standards.
• Maintain asset protection and profitability with Surveillance and Internal Control.
• Possess ability to obtain/retain desirable customers and act as customer relations.
• On episodic basis, perform duties of Table Games Shift Manager.
