Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA seeks a Gaming Operations Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for Slot, Table Games, and Facilities housekeeping. The role ensures efficient, compliant gaming operations with a focus on guest and employee experience.

You will work with department leaders and property leadership to drive performance, manage staffing and expenses, maintain gaming compliance, and support the property's continued success.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in casino operations with knowledge of slots and table games.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, Title 31 compliance, and gaming regulations.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, labor, and departmental expenses while delivering guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for Slot, Table Games, and Facilities Housekeeping.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, guest service, and labor costs to meet objectives.
• Ensure training, tools, and resources are available for teams to perform responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Surveillance, Marketing, and Security to align operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with gaming rules, cash handling, and recordkeeping.
