Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in slot operations and/or table games with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose our casino and build guest relations.
• Oversee shift operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to balance guest satisfaction and finances.
• Develop relationships with guests to promote loyalty and profitability.
• Manage daily labor to open and close games as needed.
• Ensure team member development and performance.
• Monitor compliance with Virginia Lottery Regulations and company policies.
