Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment; acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest service.
• Enforces policies and procedures and ensures daily operational efficiency of all departments.
• Oversees the operational activities of the shift including interactions with managers of other departments.
• Handles team member and guest concerns professionally to achieve satisfaction while maintaining financial responsibility.
• Identifies and implements procedural changes to improve customer service.
• Develops relationships with guests focusing on loyalty and profitability of specific player segments.
• Manages daily labor to open and close games as needed.
• Ensures team member satisfaction through feedback and development.
• Creates a safe, professional, friendly work environment promoting morale and performance.
• Ensures talent performance levels and inspects casino equipment and spaces.
• Author and distribute casino end-of-shift reports; supports Hard Rock culture and public relations.
• Reviews adequacy of internal security of Slots and Table Games Department and adheres to Virginia Lottery Regulations.
