Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for engineers and trades on the assigned shift, focusing on corrective, emergency, and preventive tasks. You will ensure timely project completion, mentor staff, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires coordinating with other departments to minimize guest disruption, conducting field inspections, and maintaining detailed technical reports and logbooks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in commercial/industrial facilities maintenance preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a casino environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of maintenance mechanics and tradespeople.
• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Perform routine field inspections on-site and at off-site locations.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain logbooks as required.
• Maintain knowledge of fire, health, safety and environmental standards.
• React promptly to emergency situations and coordinate projects with departments.
