Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a Casino Manager to lead operations at our Montana location. You will drive guest service excellence, supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with casino standards and security procedures.

The role demands hands-on leadership, the ability to train and discipline team members, and a focus on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient gaming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations preferred.
• Strong leader with focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for customer service at your location and supervisory decisions.
• Assist in planning, leadership, development and follow-up in staffing, promotions and budgeting.
• Set the example for co-workers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork.
• Hire, train and discipline employees; manage turnover and succession planning.
• Audit machines for accuracy; ensure security of assets and proper reporting.
• Prepare daily deposits and complete reports; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the location; oversee maintenance and safety.
