Quechan Paradise Casino is seeking a reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced casino environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains high food quality, and works well with others to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, the Line Cook will prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, salads and desserts for a casual dining restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Must be 18 years of age in Arizona.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background checks.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.

Responsibilities
