Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Mid to advanced knife handling skills and diverse cooking techniques.
• Plan and forecast entrées for future events.
• Familiar with state sanitation procedures and Washington Food Handlers Permit (ServeSafe preferred).
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Washington State Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks with daily routine work and meal prep.
• Prepare daily entrees as determined by the room chef and bulk items.
• Set up and break down cook stations; ensure proper stock and dating.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper stocking for shifts.
• Follow food safety guidelines and casino policies.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
