Job summary

Comanche Nation Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare a variety of hot and cold items in the Cache Casino dining areas. You will receive orders, plate to specification, and ensure high-quality, safe food served to guests.

Responsibilities include portion control, maintaining temperatures, cleaning and restocking stations, and operating grills, fryers, and ovens. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with team, guests, and management in a professional manner.
• Ability to read and follow orders and ticket notes.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food items and plate to spec.
• Receive orders from POS and produce items accurately.
• Maintain quality and proper temperatures across menu items.
• Control portions and ensure safe handling and sanitation.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays; operate grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and attend to duties as assigned.
