Citizen Potawatomi Nation seeks a Line Cook/Prep Cook to prepare a variety of foods per the Daily Prep List. The role maintains quality, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced environment at Grand Casino Hotel & Resort.

You will stock stations, follow standard recipes, and assist with service, reporting issues to management. Requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and weekend/evening availability.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook a variety of food products per the Daily Prep List with efficiency.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and follow SOPs.
• Stock line stations and maintain product levels for service.
• Ensure proper portion sizes, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Report equipment or product issues to Kitchen Management and assist service as needed.
