Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA is seeking reliable Line Cooks to join our culinary team in a fast-paced casino environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains high food quality standards, and works well as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

A minimum of one year experience as a cook in a restaurant, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and eligibility for gaming licenses in Arizona and California are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a restaurant.
• Must be 18 years of age in Arizona.
• Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods, including appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, sides, salads and desserts.
• Work under the Sous Chef in a fast-paced casino restaurant.
• Maintain high food quality and safety standards and collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
