Qualifications

• Background check clearance required; 18+ years old; flexible shifts.
• Basic food prep knowledge and line work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation; report safety hazards.
• Assist coworkers to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
• Support during special events and parties; help with carving, cooking, setup, teardown.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks.
