Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a kitchen team member to properly prepare all foods listed on the menus across grill, fry, bake, and pantry sections. You will help ensure dishes are visually appealing and prepared to chef specifications, while maintaining a clean workstation and supporting team members during service.

This role requires basic food preparation knowledge and some industry experience; the position may involve assisting with special events and flexible shifts, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Some industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods per menus and ensures plates meet customer specifications.
• Keeps workstation neat and clean and assists co-workers for efficient kitchen operation.
• Assists with special events and event setup as needed.
• Ensures proper storing of foods and cleanliness of working area; reports safety issues.
• Assists with closing down stations and other duties as assigned.
