Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide initial IT assistance by phone or email to enterprise computer users and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities include software installs, security maintenance, user support across the organization, and IT workflow coordination. Requires 1–2 years of related experience, a technical degree, and a Level 2 Gaming License.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science or related area.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Level 2 Gaming License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical assistance via phone or email.
• Escalate to IT staff for complex issues.
• Install software, maintain security levels and access rights.
• Communicate with users to ensure quality operations.
• Coordinate IT workflow and departmental meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email tools.
• Contact vendors for software/hardware problems as needed.
