Job summary

Four Winds Casino and Resort is seeking a part-time guest services associate to provide accurate information about hotel policies, services, and amenities, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will assist with guest requests, handle charges, and balance accounts while maintaining a positive demeanor in a casino environment.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, posting charges, preparing shift reports, and ensuring correct check cashing procedures. A Level 4 Gaming License is required.

• Basic computer literacy required.
• Level 4 Gaming License is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Advises guests on hotel policies, services and amenities.
• Responds to guests' requests courteously and promptly.
• Posts charges to guest accounts and processes payments.
• Ensures high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
• Monitors credit limits on check cashing and stamps checks with bank deposit stamp.
• Prepares shift cash report and balances payments/disbursements.
• Reports fraudulent transactions as needed.
