Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Casino Host who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role involves building relationships with players, managing on-floor engagement, and promoting the rewards program to grow revenues.

Strong communication and confidentiality are essential. The successful candidate will have dedicated customer service experience, hosting background (preferred), and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of customer service experience.
• One year hosting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develops relationships with players to grow customer base and increase revenues by ensuring retention and repeat business.
• Attracts and manages customers through telemarketing and in-person contact on the casino floor.
• Promotes and enrolls guests in the player rewards program and related services.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
