Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Casino Host to drive guest engagement and loyalty. The role involves personal contact with targeted customers on the casino floor, events, and through phone/email communications to generate incremental gaming revenues.

Responsibilities include achieving quotas, handling guest concerns, and promoting loyalty programs while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of casino-related guest experience or sales experience.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in languages other than English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves quotas for room goals, new business, events, and entertainment.
• Communicates with assigned guests and maintains relationships.
• Handles guest complaints in a courteous manner.
• Greet guests and participate in social events and promotions.
• Promotes the Unity Loyalty program and related promotions.
