Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a candidate to oversee Executive and Casino Hosts and broader marketing initiatives. You will ensure consistent execution of Host initiatives and stay current with player tracking, promotions, and events.

You will assist the Director of Player Development with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff coaching, while maintaining service standards and regulatory compliance. Fluency in English and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years casino marketing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, while a college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Executive and Casino Hosts and other marketing areas.
• Executes Host initiatives and maintains up-to-date knowledge of electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, and entertainment.
• Plans, coordinates and executes targeted events for Mid Level and VIP Level guests.
• Assists the Director of Player Development in hiring, training, and scheduling for staff.
• Coaches, trains, and evaluates staff; monitors time worked and adherence to policies.
• Maintains service standards and resolves customer complaints; ensures confidentiality of company documents.
• Interviews for new staff and ensures compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
