Responsibilities

• Coordinates complimentary process with Player Development and other operating departments.
• Maintains knowledge of electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, and property info.
• Monitors activities affecting department efficiency and adherence to policies.
• Promotes casino by interacting with customers in a helpful, enthusiastic manner.
• Resolves guest complaints under direction of Player Development Executives.
• Adheres to Gaming Commission and tribal policies; maintains confidentiality.
