Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a part-time Host/Hostess at the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee to welcome guests and manage seating. You will greet patrons, collect basic information, and guide them to appropriate tables while ensuring a smooth, friendly experience in a high-volume setting.

The role requires basic math, ability to stand for long periods, and proficient English communication. Compliance with casino regulations and teamwork with servers are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Effective communication with guests in English and ability to follow policies and reports.
• Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at restaurant entrance in a positive manner.
• Obtains guest information such as name, party size, and seating preferences.
• Ushers guests to seat locations at a comfortable pace.
• Enters guest checks, applies payments, and makes accurate change.
• Maintains knowledge of rules and procedures including pre-check and cashiering.
• Communicates with management and servers to ensure a positive guest experience.
