Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations of Executive and Casino Hosts and related marketing areas. You will ensure consistent execution of host initiatives and stay current with promotions and events across the property.

Key duties include assisting the Director of Player Development with staff supervision, training, payroll and scheduling, and maintaining service standards while promoting the Hard Rock brand to guests and ensuring

Qualifications

Three years casino marketing experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations of Executive and Casino Hosts and other marketing areas.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events and property information.
Plans, coordinates and executes targeted events for Mid Level and VIP Level guests with Special Events department.
Assists the Director of Player Development in supervising, coaching, developing and evaluating Executive and Casino Hosts and PD Coordinators.
Involves hiring, training, supply management, payroll and scheduling and reviews time worked.
Promotes Hard Rock Hotel and Casino through enthusiastic and helpful guest interactions and maintains confidentiality.
