Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Slot Supervisor to assist Slot Department management in all phases of slot operations. You will supervise slot floor staff, organize shift coverage, and ensure guest service excellence while adhering to policies and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities include coaching subordinates, maintaining security and integrity of casino property, coordinating with other departments, and promoting promotions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Six months of progressive supervisory or dual-rate experience in slot operations.
Able to act in leadership capacity in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
Knowledge of a wide range of Slot Machines, Video Poker and Keno.
Proficient with PC-based software programs.

Responsibilities

Supervise the operation of slot machines and floor staff during shift.
Organize the shift and area including daily assignments, breaks and staffing levels.
Ensure guest service and satisfaction while adhering to policies and gaming regulations.
Coach and counsel staff; train and evaluate subordinates.
Ensure security and integrity of casino property and respond to guest requests.
