Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a coordinating role to manage the daily operations of Casino Hosts and Player Development. You will work to ensure smooth guest experiences, uphold service standards, and support promotions and events across property.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be team-oriented and enjoy helping people.
• Ability to deliver a service level that makes guests want to return.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates complimentary process with Player Development and other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of electronic gaming machines, player tracking, promotions, events, and property information.
• Monitors departmental efficiency, internal controls, rules, regulations, and equipment maintenance.
• Promotes the casino by engaging with guests in a positive, helpful manner.
• Resolves guest complaints under supervision of Player Development Executives.
• Adheres to Gaming Commission and Seminole Tribe policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
