Cherokee Nation Entertainment invites applications for a Player Services Representative on the casino floor. You will greet guests, handle cash transactions, and help guests locate machines while promoting promotions and resort amenities.

You will maintain a clean gaming area and stay informed about events, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires a proactive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to complete federal and state forms accurately.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day).
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process e-game jackpots and complete IRS forms (W2G/1042-S) accurately.
• Assist guests in locating specific machines and denominations.
• Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., clearing jams, resolving tilts).
• Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas.
• Respond promptly to machine service lights and guest needs.
• Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property amenities.
• Monitor for underage gaming and report concerns to supervisors.
• Uphold Big 6 standards: Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, Fun.
