Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Cage Player Services Supervisor in Oklahoma. You will lead a team responsible for cash handling and guest service, ensuring accuracy and security of all financial transactions while adhering to Title 31 regulations and tribal/state laws.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and evaluations, and drive process improvements across cage operations. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years cash handling or customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to obtain gaming authority licensing and possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Complete appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state, local laws and Title 31 regulations
• Identify, develop and implement process efficiencies
• Resolve guest and employee disputes and escalate when needed
• Oversee casino rewards program and related promotions
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Oversee ATM/kiosk cash levels, closeouts, verify deposits
• Verify funds at shift start/end and report currency transactions as required
• Write checks for winnings above thresholds and manage paperwork
• Coordinate inventory audits and promotional inventory
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and casino information
