Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment seeks a Cage Player Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering top guest experiences while safeguarding financial transactions. You will supervise staff, resolve guest and employee issues, and drive operational efficiencies with strong cash handling and regulatory compliance.

Role requires leadership, cash handling expertise, and adherence to Title 31 and tribal/regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; ability to lead a team effectively and mentor staff.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, gaming regulations including Title 31, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Complete job appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance for the department.
• Ensure strict compliance with tribal, federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, including Title 31 regulations.
• Identify, develop, and implement process efficiencies to improve operations.
• Creatively resolve guest and employee disputes, escalating issues as needed.
• Implement and oversee the casino's rewards program.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and paperwork.
• Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, complete staff closeouts, and verify cash deposits.
• Verify funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure currency transaction information is provided to applicable departments for reporting.
• Write checks for winnings over set thresholds and distribute required paperwork.
• Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all casinos and guest information.
